After a fruitful 25 years in healthcare as an administrator, David has developed a sixth sense for client care and avoiding unexpected hurdles, to ensure a smooth transaction. He strives to make sure his clients feel they were well represented and received the best service available. He brings attention to detail, excellent communication, and a passion for real estate to the table.

Since the age of 3, David has been proud to call Columbia home. His knowledge of Mid-Missouri is extensive. He owned and operated a small business in Hallsville plus held positions in Jefferson City. He can go from showing rural properties in boots to meeting you in slacks at the best subdivisions. David is a well-rounded individual that can speak your language.

David is the co-owner of a local home renovation business, which has heightened his knowledge of the inner works of homes. This has proven to be very beneficial to his clients not only because he can point out what is or isn’t wrong with a home at the first showing, but also because of his excellent relationships with contractors and home project companies.

David enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending the day on his friend’s farm. He is quite the cook and likes flipping homes! Family dinners are also an exciting occasion which include his son Drew, girlfriend Denise – her 2 daughters, and son in-law.

Daniel has considered Columbia his hometown for as long as he can remember. As a graduate of the University of Missouri, he is aware of everything that Columbia has to offer to new members of the community- including real estate! He specializes in finding entry-level homes for first or second-time homebuyers who are in search of that perfect home. Daniel thrives by remaining available to his clients 24/7- he understands that the current generation often needs updates and answers issues in the “now”- not later! By combining his passions for real estate and people, he remains highly energetic and helpful throughout the entire transaction. His professional resume’ of strong customer service skills allows him to establish common ground with new clients and gauge an accurate idea of where they’re coming from to the house-shopping process. He learns of his clients’ needs, builds a relationship, and provides the guidance and advice necessary to navigate an intimidating transaction. Leading clients through the entire process and relieving them of as much stress as possible is his #1 goal with every new house.
